Company: Garg Associated Private Limited
Position: Production Operator
Location: Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 + PF & ESI
Education: ITI / Diploma
Duty Hours: 8 Hours
Shift: 3 Rotational Shifts
Job Summary
Garg Associated Private Limited is looking for a Production Operator to support the manufacturing process, operate production machinery, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines as per standard procedures.
Monitor the production process and machine performance.
Maintain required production targets and quality standards.
Perform basic machine checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety rules and company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.
Conduct basic quality checks of finished products.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth production.
Work according to the assigned 3 rotational shifts.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of machine operation and handling.
Good attention to detail.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Discipline and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Good problem-solving and learning ability.
Eligibility
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts is required.
Benefits
Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000 per month
