Team & Workflow Management:
Supervise and manage the Light Lab team, including the Incharge, HR executive, Accounts & Admin executive, Procurement & Vendor Development incharge, electricians, technicians, painter, and helper.
Conduct daily review meetings to track progress and address any potential delays or bottlenecks.
Assign tasks and responsibilities while ensuring effective utilization of the team’s multitasking abilities.
Design & Development Oversight:
Review and approve designs and BOMs prepared by the Product Designer and verified by the Light Lab Incharge.
Ensure alignment with company standards and seek final approval from the Team Lead.
Monitor the product design process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
Procurement Coordination:
Work closely with the Inventory and Purchase Teams to check stock availability and manage procurement requirements.
Ensure technical details are clearly communicated to the procurement team for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Oversee vendor selection, track vendor performance, and ensure compliance with ethical practices.
Production Management:
Plan, schedule, and prioritize production tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure that any task without dependencies is completed promptly to maintain workflow momentum.
Oversee quality checks at every stage of production, including work performed by external vendors (e.g., powder coating, electroplating).
Quality Assurance & Maintenance:
Ensure adherence to the best practices for all processes and vendor engagements.
Supervise the maintenance and preventive care of all equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutting machines, paint booths, and other machinery.
Review and improve testing and packaging processes to ensure safe and suitable dispatch for transportation and delivery.
Manpower Planning:
Plan and allocate manpower for both Light Lab operations and site installations.
Ensure proper scheduling to manage workload fluctuations during off-seasons through training or process optimization tasks.
Delivery & Installation Management:
Track the status of dispatched material until delivery and ensure clients are notified by the Accounts Team upon delivery.
Coordinate the Service Team’s site visits for installation or after-sales supervision.
Training & Development:

Client & Sales Support:
Facilitate timely preparation and delivery of samples for the Sales Team.
Ensure proper storage and maintenance of samples once returned from client presentations.
Reporting & Communication:
Regularly report to the Team Lead regarding progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Escalate critical issues or delays promptly for decision-making and support.
Team Well-being & Discipline:
