• Ensure inventory accuracy and the availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees to enhance performance and skills.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.

• Participate in production planning meetings and contribute to capacity planning and process improvements.

• Drive productivity improvement initiatives while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality management systems.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production department.
