We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Tyohaar By Seven Skyes.

Job Summary

The Sweet Production Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the daily production of sweets and snacks while ensuring high quality, food safety, cost control, and timely delivery. The role includes managing production staff, inventory, recipes, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan daily production based on sales forecasts and demand.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all sweets.
Supervise halwais, helpers, and production staff.
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase team.
Control wastage and improve production efficiency.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
Standardize recipes and ensure correct portion sizes.
Monitor production cost and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain daily production, wastage, and stock reports.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and inventory teams for timely supply.
Train and motivate the production team.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Indian sweets and snacks production.
Team leadership and people management.
Production planning and scheduling.
Inventory and cost control.
Quality assurance and food safety.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/POS/ERP preferred).

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Food Production, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in a sweet manufacturing unit or reputed sweet shop.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Daily production target achievement.
Product quality consistency.
Raw material and production wastage percentage.
Food cost percentage.
On-time production and dispatch.
Hygiene audit scores.
Customer complaints related to product quality.
Staff productivity and attendance.
