Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules based on sales orders and installation timelines.Oversee critical manufacturing stations: profile cutting, reinforcement, welding/crimping, hardware integration, and final glazing.Monitor manpower productivity and machine utilization to ensure maximum throughput.Quality Control & ComplianceEnforce strict quality standards to prevent defects, reduce rework, and minimize scrap/wastage.Ensure all manufactured window and door systems comply with structural, thermal, and architectural specifications.Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS/OSHA) regulations and company policies.Resource & Inventory ManagementDetermine resource requirements, including raw materials (profiles, glass, hardware) and workforce.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid production bottlenecks.Oversee routine maintenance and repair of specialized production equipment to minimize downtime.Team Leadership & Continuous
