Experience in B. E Mechanical.
Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations.

Develop production schedules to meet business demands.

Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on time.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage and supervise production staff, including training and performance evaluation.

Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments.

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Control production costs and minimize waste.

Prepare and present production reports to senior Management
