Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team TIRI INNOVATIONS PVT LTD. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Production Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Aluminium Bubble Insulation Manufacturing)

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.

1. Ensure smooth operation of aluminium bubble insulation sheet manufacturing processes.

2. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

3. Maintain product quality standards as per company specifications and customer requirements.

4. Supervise production staff, machine operators, and helpers.

5. Ensure proper utilization of raw materials to minimize wastage and improve efficiency.

6. Monitor and record production parameters such as GSM, thickness, width, length, and bonding quality.

7. Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and testing of finished products.

8. Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.

9. Maintain accurate production records, daily production reports, and stock reports.

10. Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

12. Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

13. Analyze production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

14. Coordinate with the Dispatch and Sales departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

15. Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

16. Train production personnel on operating procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.

17. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and identification of finished rolls before dispatch.

18. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards in the production area.

19. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports to management.

20. Handle additional production-related responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
