Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production activities in sheet metal manufacturing
Monitor production planning and achieve daily targets
Supervise machine operations and shop floor activities
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams
Reduce production delays and improve productivity
Maintain production reports and documentation
Follow safety and maintenance procedures
Requirements
Experience in sheet metal industry is mandatory
Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
Ability to handle manpower and production planning
Basic understanding of quality control and machine handling
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred
Good communication and team handling skills
