We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Sterling Enamelleed wires pvt ltd . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹26,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of measurement tools and scales

• Experience in using Micrometer, Vernier Calipers

• Understanding of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)

• Knowledge of Kaizen

• Knowledge of 5S, 4M, 3M

• Strong team coordination skills

• Ability to handle manpower efficiently

• Good knowledge of production measurements and quality checking

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle production line operations

• Ensure proper measurement and quality control

• Manage workers and production team

• Maintain smooth production workflow

Requirements:

• Age: 22+ Years

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI

• Salary: ₹22,000+ per month (based on experience)

• Candidate should have experience in production-related work
