Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of production orders.

• Manage manufacturing of MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, LT, and other electrical control panels.

• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and Quality teams.

• Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

• Supervise panel assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection activities.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor production costs and minimize material wastage.

• Maintain production reports, work orders, and documentation.

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.

• Resolve production issues and support troubleshooting activities.

• Lead, train, and motivate the production team.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
