We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to manage our production, labour, and inventory at our workshop.The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, planning daily production, maintaining raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring quality standards, and completing orders on time.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily workshop production activitiesHandle labour attendance, work allocation & disciplinePlan and monitor daily production targetsMaintain inventory of raw materials & finished productsEnsure quality control and proper finishing of workReduce material wastage and improve efficiencyCoordinate with management for deadlines & requirementsMaintain basic production and inventory recordsEnsure safety and cleanliness at the workplace
