Job Title: Production Officer

Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Head / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Officer is responsible for executing daily production activities, ensuring quality output, manpower control, material usage, and adherence to production plans under the guidance of the Production Head.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production plans as per targets given

• Supervise agarbatti manufacturing processes (mixing, rolling, drying, scenting, packing)

• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage

• Ensure product quality as per defined standards

• Allocate and supervise labour and machine operators shift-wise

• Maintain daily production, rejection, and wastage records

• Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores teams

• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline on shop floor

• Support preventive maintenance and breakdown reporting

• Implement SOPs and follow company policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Production/Mechanical preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in FMCG or agarbatti production

• Knowledge of basic production processes and quality control

• Ability to manage labour workforce

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP)

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
