Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

We are one of India's leading packaging solution providers with a strong presence in export markets including the EU, UK, and USA. We specialize in innovative packaging solutions and gift wrap products serving domestic and international clients. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our Ghaziabad facility and help us maintain our quality standards while scaling production.

Role Overview

You'll oversee daily production operations, manage production teams, ensure quality compliance, and drive operational efficiency. This is a critical role that directly impacts our ability to meet export standards and customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise production teams and ensure daily output targets are met

● Monitor product quality at every stage; handle non-conformances and coordinate with the quality team

● Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with workplace regulations

● Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions quickly

● Track raw material usage and suggest cost-saving measures

● Coordinate with the planning team on order schedules and priority changes

● Report production metrics and bottlenecks to management

Required Experience & Skills

● 2-3 years of production supervision experience in packaging or manufacturing

● Hands-on knowledge of production machinery and processes

● Ability to lead and motivate a team of multiple workers

● Understanding of quality standards (ISO experience is a plus)

● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with production tracking systems

● Hindi and English language proficiency

Nice to Have

● Export industry experience

● Exposure to Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles

● Experience with ERP systems

Education

● High school diploma or diploma in production/manufacturing (preferred)
