We are looking for a Prouduction Supervisor to join our team at SARVAJITH INFOTECH. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Indian nationality; Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering-related major; good English communication skills

2. Experience as manufacturing site supervisor or line leader (3+ years); automotive experience preferred

3.At least 2 years of experience in stamping process production or mold maintenance.

4.At least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding process production or mold maintenance.

5.Experience in management at automotive or motorcycle manufacturers, or at supplier (satellite) factories, is preferred.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
