Job Title: Shrink Sleeve Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Shrink Sleeve Production Supervisor for a reputed manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for supervising shrink sleeve labeling operations, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shrink sleeve production lines and ensure smooth operations.

• Operate and maintain shrink sleeve applicators, steam tunnels, and associated machinery.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily targets.

• Conduct in-process quality checks, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).

• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.

• Train, supervise, and manage production staff across shifts.

• Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and optimize production efficiency.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports through ERP or manual systems.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment (5S, Kaizen).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical / Production / Printing Engineering.

• Experience: 3–7 years in shrink sleeve labeling or packaging production (preferably in Packaging industry).

• Strong leadership and shift management skills.

• Familiarity with international production standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).

• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia with rotational shifts.

• Strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
