WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION MANAGER

Industry: FMCG Manufacturing
Location: Tihu, Nalbari, Assam

Position: Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our FMCG manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

B.Tech / BE in Food Technology, or
B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering
Candidates must have strong FMCG manufacturing experience

Experience Required:

Prior experience in FMCG Manufacturing
Experience in Food & Beverages / Dairy / Bakery / Snacks
Hands-on exposure to production planning, process control, and shop-floor management

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and control production costs
Supervise production staff and manage shift operations

Salary:

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Location Preference:

Candidates willing to work at Tihu, Nalbari are preferred
