Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations across Pre-Press, Offset Printing and Post-Press/Finishing functions.

The role will be responsible for production planning, machine utilization, manpower management, quality, productivity, material efficiency, on-time delivery and continuous improvement across printing and carton manufacturing operations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Offset Printing – 4-colour and 6-colour printing.

• Good understanding of UV Coating, Spot UV and Aqueous Coating.

• Hands-on knowledge of Die Punching, Lamination, Corrugation and Folder Gluing.

• Knowledge of E-Flute, F-Flute and Narrow Flute carton manufacturing.

• Understanding of packaging substrates such as Duplex Board, FBB and Kraft Paper.

• Knowledge of paperboard GSM ranges and material specifications.

• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and capacity management.

• Good knowledge of machine utilization, productivity and wastage control.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting systems.

• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
