Job Description:

 Production Planning & Effective Execution of Plan as per Sales Requirements.

 Aligning with the RM & PM stock & requirements as per production plan.

 Meeting Daily & Monthly Production Targets.

 Healthy interactions & building cordial relations within the Plant internal departments.

 Cost saving drives to reduce manufacturing costs.

 Ensure quality output while minimizing production losses.

 Improving Production Output

 Ensuring Proper Set-up of Machines and Required Calibrations

 Ensure 100% batch preparation as per approved BMR/BPR formula.

 Ensuring all Production (BPR, BMR etc.) Documents are submitted correctly and timely.

 Improve worker productivity through proper supervision and work allocation.

 Reducing Rejections and Appropriate Rejection Handling

 Supervise workers and ensure tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.

 Ensuring Workers carry out activities with Proper PPE and follow Safety Norms

 Understanding of Safety and Fire Norms

 Good Housekeeping Practices

 Any Certification related to job profile

 Ready to travel & work at Patalganga MIDC

 Residing in Navi Mumbai / Panvel
