Production Supervisor | Manufacturing Operations | CTC: ₹3.75 LPA

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on the chemical/pharma manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met. The role requires strong technical knowledge of batch manufacturing processes and the ability to lead shop-floor teams efficiently.

🔹 Qualification

B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Biochemistry) or B.Pharma

🔹 Experience

Minimum 2 years in Chemical or Pharma manufacturing

🔹 Location

Pithampur, Sector 1, Madhya Pradesh

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor to meet output schedules

• Monitor batch manufacturing processes in compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations

• Lead and guide operators and technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance

• Maintain proper documentation: batch records, logbooks, and production reports

• Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores for smooth operations

• Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions

• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and conduct safety briefings

• Support initiatives for yield improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization

🔹 Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of chemical/pharma manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and EHS standards

• Familiarity with equipment: reactors, centrifuges, dryers, distillation units

• Ability to read PFDs and P&IDs

• Proficiency in production documentation and MIS reporting

• Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems is an advantage

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Biochemistry

• Experience in API or specialty chemical manufacturing

• Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 environments

• Ability to manage 10+ operators in shift operations

• Local candidates from Indore / Pithampur preferred
