We are seeking a Production Engineer to supervise and coordinate production activities in our metal furniture manufacturing unit. The candidate should have knowledge of fabrication, welding, powder coating, assembly processes, furniture hardware, raw materials, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities • • • • • • •

• Plan and monitor daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Supervise fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly operations. Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

• Maintain production reports and shop-floor discipline. Support machine maintenance and process improvement activities. Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the shop floor.

  Required Knowledge • • •

• MS/CRCA Sheets, Pipes, Tubes, Angles, and Fabrication Materials.

• Furniture hardware such as hinges, locks, handles, channels, fasteners, and connectors.

• Manufacturing processes including Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding, Grinding, Powder Coating, and Assembly. Production drawings, BOMs, and material planning.

  Qualifications & Experience • •

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in furniture, fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing industry.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

• Drawing Reading ERP/MS Excel Knowledge.
