Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager who will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations with a focus on PET bottle and Tetra Pak packaging lines, ensuring efficient production, stringent quality control, and compliance with food safety standards. The role demands strong expertise in liquid filling, packaging technology, timely delivery, and high-speed FMCG production environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily production for PET bottle and Tetra Pak lines.

• Oversee PET blowing, filling, capping, labeling, and Tetra aseptic packaging operations.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.

• Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and control wastage.

• Lead and manage production team, shifts, and manpower planning.

• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure machine uptime.

• Ensure availability and proper usage of raw and packaging materials.

• Implement process improvements (Lean, TPM, OEE optimization).

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance in production areas.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards.

• Monitor product quality at all stages: raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

• Implement and track Quality Assurance systems and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).

• Coordinate with Quality Control teams for audits, testing, and documentation.

• Track KPIs and prepare production and quality reports

• Provide MIS reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Food Technology/ Manufacturing / Production or related field.

• Experience in handling high-speed food production line.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
