Key Area Exposure:
• Production & Planning: Understanding of production workflows, Bill of Materials (BOM), shop floor scheduling, and daily output tracking
• Quality Control & Assurance: Inspection of raw materials (wood, MDF, laminates, hardware), in-process checks, and finished goods quality standards
• Process Engineering: Identification of process bottlenecks, implementation of lean/5S practices, time and motion studies
• R&D / Product Development: Exposure to new product development, material testing, design-to-manufacturing handover
• Stores & Inventory: Understanding of material inward, stores management, and vendor coordination
• Safety & Compliance: Factory safety protocols, EHS compliance, and statutory requirements under Factories Act
• MIS & Reporting: Daily production reports, wastage tracking, and management dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Wood Technology
• Passed out in 2025/ 26 (freshers only)
• Willing to work on the shop floor and in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to relocate to plant location
