Production Manager

- ••Collaboration with Hiring Managers:•• Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, providing guidance on job requirements and candidate selections.

- ••Manage Recruitment Process:•• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer letter, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

- ••Building Relationships:•• Maintain a professional rapport with candidates, providing updates and relevant information throughout their application journey.

••Required Skills and Expectations:••

- You should have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a corporate setting.

- Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders.

- You must be able to work in an office environment and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be advantageous in managing candidate information.

- A proactive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
