Production Manager – Wooden Furniture Industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to join our wooden furniture manufacturing team.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Production Manager in the wooden furniture manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Manage manpower, machinery, and production schedules.

• Monitor inventory and optimize material utilization.

• Implement safety practices and continuous process improvements.

• Coordinate with design, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams.

Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Good knowledge of solid wood, plywood, modular furniture, and finishing processes.

• Ability to solve production issues efficiently.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
