Job Title: Production Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure timely completion of orders, maintain quality standards, and efficiently manage the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production activities.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
Manage and supervise production staff and allocate work.
Monitor production quality and minimize errors and wastage.
Coordinate with the design, purchase, stores, and sales teams.
Manage raw materials, machines, and other production resources.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate for maintenance when required.
Ensure proper production records and reports are maintained.
Identify production issues and implement solutions.
Ensure workplace safety and company procedures are followed.
