Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager (Electronics) to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹55,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Sahibabad facility. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production of sensor-based sanitary and electronic products, ensuring high efficiency, quality standards, and timely output. The role demands strong leadership, process optimization skills, and expertise in electronic and electromechanical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines

• Oversee manufacturing of sensor-based sanitary products including taps, soap dispensers, hand dryers, urinal sensors, and automated flushing systems

• Develop and implement efficient production schedules and workflows

• Monitor and improve production KPIs such as productivity, rejection rate, and machine utilization

• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and company specifications

• Coordinate with R&D, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for seamless production flow

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components

• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and workplace discipline

• Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff and supervisors

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation where feasible

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in electronics, electrical, or sanitary automation products

• Strong understanding of electronic assembly, electromechanical systems, and manufacturing processes

• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and workforce management

• Familiarity with quality systems and ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)

• Hands-on experience with production tools, testing equipment, and ERP systems
