Role Description The Plant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role includes planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams, and monitoring equipment performance and maintenance. The Plant Operations Manager will lead and develop plant staff, enforce safety and compliance standards, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste. They will collaborate with quality assurance, logistics, and management to meet customer requirements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong operations and production management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.

• Candidates should possess skills in quality control and process improvement, such as implementing standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.

• Candidates should possess safety and compliance skills, including knowledge of industrial safety practices, regulatory requirements, and risk management.

• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision-making, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting operational issues.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging industries, preferably in plant or operations management, is highly beneficial.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

• Proficiency with production management systems, basic ERP tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
