Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, maintaining product quality, ensuring safety standards, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process to meet output and quality targets.

• Manage and train production staff; allocate work and evaluate performance.

• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Which

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in a production supervisory or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
