AMR Laser Artizan is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role involves planning production, managing teams, ensuring quality output, and meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities

• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met

• Monitor quality standards and coordinate with the quality team

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow

• Ensure safety standards are followed on the shop floor

• Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams

• Handle production reports, documentation, and performance tracking

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 10 years in manufacturing (sheet metal preferred)

• Strong knowledge of production planning and process management

• Leadership and team management skills

• Understanding of quality control and safety standards

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field preferred
