Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Monitor operator performance and ensure adherence to work instructions.

Ensure production output meets quality standards and specifications.

Identify defects, take corrective actions.

Promote a safe and clean working environment.

Monitor machine utilization and report breakdowns for timely maintenance.

Ensure availability of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.

Report production status, issues, and improvement suggestions to management.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

Coordinate with planning, stores team.

Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Complete checklist at the time of packing

Oversee & load material as per documents

Maintain daily dispatch reports.(Must have good knowledge of MS Excel)

Make sure all entries are done before dispatch, gate pass etc.
