Production Floor Coordinator

The Production Floor Coordinator will be responsible for supervising daily packaging operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, and coordinating the packaging floor team of approximately 100 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packaging line operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Monitor quality checks and ensure packaging meets company standards.

• Coordinate, guide and manage the packaging floor team.

• Allocate work and ensure smooth workflow across the packaging lines.

• Maintain records of daily production, wastage and stock.

• Ensure safety, hygiene and cleanliness on the production floor.

• Monitor team performance and address day-to-day operational issues.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports to management.

• Use basic MS Word and Excel for maintaining records and reporting.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
