Production Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• In charge of the fabrication team

• Timely execution of work allotted.

• Manpower planning and maintenance of optimum force levels

• Shop floor control of labor, attendance, availability of support services, work, supervision and quality management.

• Daily inputs for progress reports in production and planning sheet

• Control and management of production documentation

• Liaison between stores/purchase, design and quality control department

• Safety of personnel

• Enforcement of correct production procedures and practices

• Enforcement of procedures for production control and progress reports

• Procedures for work planning and location

• Responsible for Tank pressure testing and correct handover to the Painting.

• Responsible for improving production efficiency and reducing material waste.

• Establish correct methods and procedures for various aspects of production

• Check use of correct material in production.

• Proper use and filling in data as per MPES and ISO formats.

• Preparation and Optimization of CNC programs & nesting using CAD/CAM software.

• Designing for new product development

• Control of scrap

• Keeping records & control of drawings.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
