Process Improvement: Continuously analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive lean practices to enhance overall output. Safety Compliance: Compliance to safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update production records, daily logs, and 15-day progress reports with key performance data including output, downtime, rework, and resource consumption. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication. Risk Management: Identify potential production risks, delays, or resource shortages early and develop action plans to address them proactively. Equipment & Maintenance Support: Support equipment upkeep by ensuring timely maintenance, escalating technical issues, and minimizing unplanned downtimes through coordination with the maintenance team. Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
