Process Coordinator

About the Role:

SYS Electromac is seeking a Process Coordinator to support daily operations, documentation, and communication between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, good communication ability, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth execution of tasks across production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between production, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

Follow up on daily tasks, pending approvals, and material movement.

Maintain basic reports in Excel — production, dispatch, and follow-up sheets.

Support management in tracking key activities and ensuring timely completion.

Communicate updates and reminders to internal teams.

Assist in preparing documents, schedules, and daily progress reports.

Handle administrative coordination tasks as assigned.

Graduate (any stream) Strong follow-up and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Good written and verbal communication (English & Hindi/Telugu) Organized, responsible, and self-motivated Female candidates preferred
