🧑‍💼 Experience:
• 3–6 years in Offset Printing & Packaging Industry
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role preferred


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Printing Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced Offset Printing & Packaging environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily offset printing operations & manpower
✅ Achieve production targets within timelines
✅ Ensure print quality, color consistency & minimal wastage
✅ Plan machine-wise job scheduling & delivery commitments
✅ Coordinate with QC, maintenance, stores & dispatch teams
✅ Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
✅ Handle machine setup, preventive maintenance & consumables
✅ Train and motivate production teams for better productivity
✅ Maintain production reports, wastage reports & shift records
✅ Ensure safety compliance, GMP & 5S practices

🎯 Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Offset Printing & Packaging processes
✔ Experience with Mitsubishi or similar offset machines
✔ Expertise in color matching & print quality standards
✔ Leadership, planning & problem-solving abilities
✔ Basic computer knowledge for reporting & documentation

🎓 Qualification:
• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate preferred
• Printing Technology qualification is an added advantage
