Printing Supervisor

We are looking for a Printing Supervisor to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily printing operations and shift activities

• Ensure correct machine setup for print jobs

• Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment

• Assign work to operators and guide production team

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met

• Control ink usage, materials, and minimize wastage

• Inspect printed output and take corrective actions

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns

• Maintain production reports and job records

• Ensure proper handling of plates, inks, and consumables

• Train and support printing machine operators

• Follow safety rules and maintain 5S standards

• Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities

• Ensure smooth workflow between production and dispatch teams

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
