PPC Executive

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Update and monitor production schedules and job orders.

• Prepare MIS reports and production reports using Advanced MS Excel.

• Maintain production, inventory, and material tracking records.

• Follow up on material availability and production status.

• Ensure timely data entry and documentation with high accuracy.

• Generate reports related to production planning and order status.

• Assist in capacity planning and production forecasting.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of PPC records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
