Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to support the operation and maintenance of machinery used in blade wire manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure smooth production, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blade wire manufacturing machinery.

• Good knowledge about heavy duty power press machines would be preferred.

• Diagnose mechanical faults in production equipment including rolling machines, cutting units, forming systems, tensioning systems, and packaging machines.

• Troubleshoot issues related to bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.

• Replace worn components such as blades, rollers, belts, chains, and seals.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial mechanical maintenance.

• Experience working with high-speed production machinery (preferably in wire, metal forming, or fabrication industries).

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
