Power Press Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Power Press Machine Operator to operate power press machines for manufacturing and sheet-metal production. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring production, checking product quality, and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate power press machines safely and efficiently.

• Set up dies, tools, and machine parameters according to production requirements.

• Load and position metal sheets/components correctly.

• Perform punching, bending, cutting, stamping, and forming operations.

• Monitor machine operation and identify abnormalities or defects.

• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments and gauges.

• Maintain required production quality and quantity.

• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.

• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

• Use PPE and strictly follow workplace safety procedures.

• Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and safety hazards to the supervisor.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
