Plant Manager/Plant Head/Production Head

Responsible for leading and managing all manufacturing plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and business objectives. Oversees production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, safety, and workforce performance, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

• Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and operational strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs.

• Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

• Manage plant budgets, control operating costs, and improve profitability.

• Oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and customer specifications.

• Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams and employees.

• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Manage capital projects, plant expansions, and equipment upgrades.

• Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning activities.

• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing/plant operations management.

  • Proven track record of driving productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvements.
