Ensure proper packing as per product specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely packing and delivery
Maintain packing materials inventory and ensure availability
Monitor and reduce packing errors, damages, and wastage
Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Train and guide packing workers for better efficiency
Prepare daily packing reports and update management
