Operations Assistant

Monitor and ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all operational processes

 Track delays, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion

 Maintain and update TAT reports on a daily and weekly basis

 Oversee and manage cleanroom processes, ensuring strict compliance with protocols and standards

 Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the cleanroom environment

 Coordinate with internal teams to improve cleanroom efficiency and processes

 Conduct regular quality checks and process inspections

 Identify deviations or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

 Maintain proper documentation of audits, inspections, and compliance reports

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles

 Identify and implement small, incremental process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

 Implement error-proofing techniques using Poka-Yoke to minimize human errors and improve process reliability

 Perform research and analysis to support the Operations Head in strategic decision-making

 Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement

 Prepare reports, insights, and data analysis as required

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of operations

 Assist in implementation of SOPs and new operational processes
