Maintain daily operational records, production reports, attendance, and site progress reports.

Monitor inventory and material availability in coordination with the Stores department.

Implement and maintain quality standards and safety practices.

Identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions to improve productivity.

Ensure on-time project execution while maintaining company quality standards.

Handle employee engagement activities, motivate teams, and resolve workplace issues.

Train and mentor supervisors and team members to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with management to achieve business goals and operational targets.
