Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end rice mill operations, including milling, production, and packing.

Ensure smooth plant operations with minimum downtime and wastage.

Oversee machinery maintenance and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Monitor product quality, production targets, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Lead and manage plant employees, supervisors, and contractors.

Drive operational efficiency, yield improvement, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of rice milling operations and machinery.

Experience in plant maintenance, production planning, and quality control.

Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to improve productivity and achieve production targets.
