The Production Operations Executive / Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day production and site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. The role involves coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and customer while maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production and site operations.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
Monitor project progress and meet production targets.
Prepare daily work reports and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production, or Graduate.
1–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial projects.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
