We are looking for a MIG & SAW Welder to join our team at Confidential. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Repair: Cut, shape, and join metal parts, structures, and machinery according to specifications.

• Welding Techniques: Utilize various methods, including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and Arc welding, depending on material

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to plan layouts.

• Preparation: Clean, grind, and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding.

• Inspection: Inspect and test completed welds with precision tools to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

• Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment (e.g., grinders, torches) and troubleshoot issues as needed
  

  Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience (often 0–3+ years) in welding roles, with knowledge of different metals.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, SAW welding, plus proficiency with cutting tools.

  • Safety Knowledge: Strict adherence to safety standards and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Physical Ability: High physical stamina, ability to lift heavy equipment, and work in demanding environments.
