Electrical Systems: Plan power distribution, lighting layouts, and fire alarm/emergency backup frameworks.
Plumbing & Fire Protection: Manage water supply lines, drainage networks, and fire sprinkler integrations.
Project Coordination: Work alongside architects and structural engineers to review contractor submittals and resolve site clashes.
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise system startups, verify performance metrics, and ensure adherence to local building codes.
