Mechanical Engineering Professional - Rotating Machinery and Package Equipment

Technical Professional - Machinery / Packages Title: Technical Professional - Machinery / Packages Technical Professional – Mechanical (Packaged & Rotary Eqpt) Incumbent will be supporting the Senior Engineer in specification of Pumps, Process units, Utility packaged units including Boilers, Refrigeration Packages, , etc Familiarity with Material handling systems is desirable. Exposure to engineering of technology packages and FLNG/LNG and Offshore facilities is desirable. Hands-on knowledge in engineering of API-610 Pumps, Chemical Injection Packages, Utility Packages like Nitrogen generation, Air COmpressors,etc Perform technical bid evaluations under supervision of Senior Engineer. Vendor drawing review and engineering coordination of technical information with vendors and company engineering specialists. Willing to travel globally as required Technical Skills acquired with experience includes some of the following BE / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field 3-6 years of progressive experience, specifically in rotating machinery specification and selection Working knowledge of current API standards for rotating equipment, particularly centrifugal pumps, Chemical Injection Pumps besides Utility Packages. Experience with chemical, petrochemical, refining, and oil and gas projects is preferred, especially LNG liquefaction and offshore facilities. Engineering contractor experience preferred Computer proficiency in MS Windows and related MS Office productivity software Experience Level Senior Level
