Job Summary:

We are looking for an ITI-certified Mechanical / Hydraulic Technician to support hose manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth functioning of hydraulic presses, crimping machines, cutting machines, and related plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain hydraulic crimping machines used for hose assembly.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic presses and production machinery.

• Troubleshoot issues related to pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and hose testing equipment.

• Assist in installation and alignment of new machinery.

• Ensure proper pressure calibration of hydraulic systems.

• Check for oil leakages, pressure drops, and system failures.

• Maintain machine lubrication schedules.

• Support production team during machine setup and changeovers.

• Maintain maintenance logs and downtime records.

• Follow plant safety guidelines and ensure a zero-accident environment.
  
  

Required Qualification:

• ITI in Fitter / Mechanical / Hydraulic / Machinist or related trade.

• Must have basic computer knowledge

• Must be able to operate hydrostatic testing machine
