Mechanical Design Engineer – High-Speed Slitter Rewinders

Experience: 3–8 years (preferred)

Responsibilities:-

• Design high-speed slitter rewinder machines for paper, film, BOPP, non-woven, foil, and label industries.

• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings.

• Design shafts, rollers, unwind/rewind sections, knife assemblies, web guiding systems, and machine frames.

• Select bearings, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic components, and other machine elements.

• Coordinate with production and assembly teams.

• Improve existing machine designs for higher speed, stability, and lower vibration.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.

• Strong knowledge of machine design and manufacturing.

• Experience with high-speed rotating equipment.

• Understanding of web handling and tension control.

• Knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems.

• Ability to prepare BOMs and manufacturing drawings.

• Coating & laminating machines

• Printing machines

• Flexible packaging machinery

• Paper converting machinery

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
